Start: February 2026 - 6-12 months fixed-term
Tasks
* You implement new passenger processes in cooperation with our stakeholders such as product management, revenue management and IT
* You roll out, define and document LHG Ground Ops processes worldwide
* You plan, support and monitor test runs on site, for example hand baggage test runs
* You are the communication interface to the decision makers in Ground Operations
* You carry out process analyses of passenger handling in order to identify optimization potentials
* You prepare management reports
* You take on smaller projects

Requirements
* You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
* You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
* You use the MS Office programs very well
* You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
