Responsibilities
Lead the operation and development of group management systems in the areas of Compliance, Data Protection and Crisis Management, delivering on agreed strategy and objectives
Drive the identification, assessment, and mitigation of the greatest risks for the business, supporting an annual cycle operated across the business that provides ongoing visibility and determines required actions
Oversee the development of group policies, standards, and procedures, implementing controls to ensure compliance, and reviewing effectiveness of measures annually
Deliver oversight into the performance of management systems using dashboards and associated reports
Work closely with country coordinators for respective management systems to ensure alignment on understanding and approach
Facilitate the promotion and value of effective risk & compliance management within the company culture
Further develop and strengthen the technical expertise of the team to enable them to provide effective guidance and consultancy to local entities
Your Profile
Possess several years of relevant Senior-level work experience in the field of Compliance and Data Protection as well as practical experience in a similar role within an international group or corporate structure
Well‑founded skills in project and stakeholder management appeal to you
Excellent technical knowledge combined with a drive for consistent execution of decisions sets you apart
Experienced leader with several years of managerial expertise and strong leadership and communication skills among your core competencies
Business‑fluent in English; German speaking skills are considered an asset
Commercial‑oriented way of thinking with a pragmatic solution‑oriented way of working are a matter of course for you
Educated to degree level

Gross annual salary starting from €152,900*
Willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
