OBJECTIVE AND MAIN TASK OF THE FUNCTION
Drive Sales in assigned sales territory in order to achieve and exceed budget and set targets.
TASKS
· Achieve set sales targets for defined region and/or specific customers
o Build and maintain relationships with customers
o Develop sales strategy based on customer profiles
o Develop sales plan for EVO ICL Family (Spheric, Toric, EDOF) across the region
o Drive sales according to set targets
o Train and certify new surgeons in the region, support if needed in calculation, ordering and complaint management.
· Define and execute Marketing programs through customers in region
o Collection and assist analysis of market relevant data
o Organize and assist effective training and practice development programs & activities in the region
o Participation in national and international congresses/exhibitions
· Work on cross-territory projects
o such as organizing workshops to train optometrists and clinic staff members
o That are suitable for further improving EVO's positioning and developing customers
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Education:
Commercial education or bachelor's in economics desirable
Special Knowledge:
Knowledge about Medical Implants or Devices in general
Personality:
Open minded and flexible
Strong Team Player
Creative and independent way of working
Good in concept creation and analysis
Professional Experience:
at least 3 years' working experience in sales of medical devices and/or as clinic refractive manager
