Responsibilities
* You will manage and coordinate the service operations on site as well as plan the service task on a daily basis to ensure smooth and reliable operation of our wind turbines
* Organize vessel and team transfers, monitor weather conditions, and prepare transfer plans and daily reports
* Create and manage work orders in ERP (SAP), approve technician hours, and keep the planning board up to date
* Implement upgrades, support new processes, and uphold Vestas Health & Safety standards
* You are responsible for planning the annual service and maintenance activities, ensuring timely execution and optimal system performance
* Ensure excellent customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction
* Provide general support to the Service Manager and ensure that all electrical safety work on site is managed and executed to the highest standards
Qualifications
* You hold an electrical qualification from a technical school, college, or university
* You have at least 5 years of professional experience with electrical and/or mechanical systems, preferably offshore and/or with high voltage
* You have practical experience with wind turbines and understand the technical challenges of the role
* Safety is your top priority, and you’re comfortable working at heights and offshore, ready to handle the unique conditions of the job
* English is key in offshore operations, and you have excellent English skills to collaborate effectively
