To enhance our Corporate Purchasing, Logistics & Supply Chain department at our Vienna site, we are looking for a dedicated Category Manager Indirect Spend (Technical Parts + Services) (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis.
In this position you will be responsible for the strategic and tactical procurement and management of the "Indirect Spend (Technical Parts + Services)" category for the AGRANA Group.
Your responsibilities:
* Strategic responsibility for the "Indirect Spend (Technical Parts + Services)" category within the AGRANA Group
* Development and continuous improvement of the category strategy, including market analyses, KPIs, identification of optimization potentials, and alignment with relevant stakeholders
* Implementation of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal departments
* Management of the supplier lifecycle (identification, qualification, evaluation, development, and contract management)
* Execution of tactical procurement activities: requirements gathering, tenders, price negotiations, contract conclusion, and documentation
* Management of framework agreements, catalogs, and master data, as well as ensuring and monitoring operational execution
* Support of group-wide projects and initiatives within your category area
* Preparation of regular performance reports and decision-making materials for management
Your profile:
* Completed higher education (e.g., a degree in Business Administration, Production, Logistics, Engineering) or a comparable qualification
* At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in strategic and tactical procurement
* Proficient in MS Office and SAP
* Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented working style
* Experience in project management and a high level of self-initiative
* Communicative, team-oriented personality with a “can-do attitude”
* Willingness to travel up to approximately 20% of working time
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

* Our attractive remuneration is based on current market salaries. You can expect an annual gross salary starting at EUR 75,000,- all in, whereby we are open to overpayment in the case of corresponding qualifications and experience.
