We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead our talent acquisition team, shaping our recruiting and employer branding strategy for Austria, based in our Kundl site. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, and manage relationships with external partners and drive internal vocational programs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Training and mentoring of a small team of recruiters in Austria
* Drive the talent acquisition strategy for specific business units in complex hiring markets
* Manage end-to-end recruitment process of expert and leadership roles ensuring best-in-class candidate experience
* Develop engaging relationships with senior hiring managers acting as a trusted advisor
* Provide market‑based insights to guide hiring decisions and steer decision making on offers and budget.
* Develop a data-driven approach providing hiring KPIs to business stakeholders and country leadership team, and translating analytics into strategic recommendations.
* Act as a senior escalation point for hiring topics in Austria and as SPOC for global talent acquisition contributions
* Ensure data compliance within systems/tools and adherence to Austrian labor law as well as Sandoz internal policies and processes.
* Oversee apprenticeship (Lehrlingsausbildung) and adult education programs, building long-term workforce capability while ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Be an ambassador for the Sandoz mission and purpose, strengthen our employer brand and inspire candidates to join Sandoz
What you'll bring to the role:
* University degree in business, economics, law, or a related field.
* 7-10 years of recruiting experience in a senior or lead role, with a strong track record across the full hiring cycle. Industrial/technical sector experience is an advantage.
* Solid proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics (preferably Workday), experience with direct sourcing, including LinkedIn.
* Demonstrated record of developing relationships with senior leaders, across a mix-matrixed organization and building productive external partnerships.
* Result-orientation, excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.
* Strong communication and influencing skills in German (C1-C2) and English

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is EUR 78.383,90/year (on a full-time basis).
The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
