Further, coordination and implementation of version upgrade projects with focus on ITIL processes and containerization infrastructure come into the picture.Implementation of AI and system requirements in ITSM (e.g. ticket analysis)Operate and configure global applications on a container platform, e.g. OpenShiftSupport in various platform projects and lifecycle managementAct as an interface between different partiesMix ITSM platform operation, development and innovationDuring an individual training phase, we will prepare you for your new tasks.
