IT System Administrator and Application Support (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
* Administration and support of company-wide IT applications
* Support in the processing of service requests, incidents & problems as well as other comprehension questions from the internal departments (mainly in the area of user and authorization management, service requests, user support of various IT applications,...)
* Configuration and monitoring of deployed IT applications
* Responsible for the update, patch processes and fulfillment of security requirements (certificates, IIS, authentication,...) of the respective applications
* Implementation of upgrade projects
* Assistance with knowledge development, documentation and transfer of new technologies to the support team
Requirements:
* Technical training with a focus on IT or professional experience in IT administration
* Confident handling of Microsoft Windows, Office programs and Microsoft Server
* Ability to work in a team
* Independent, clean and structured way of working
* Quick comprehension and solution-oriented working style
* Very good written and spoken German
* Good written and spoken English skills

The gross salary for this position is at least EUR 44.800,-- per year (excluding overtime payment and benefits). Overpayment is possible, depending on your qualification and professional experience.
