In this key leadership position, you will ensure the achievement of our plant's goals in availability, quality, cost, and delivery performance. Acting as the operational backbone of the site, you will also oversee the EMEA Assembly Prototyping Center and collaborate closely with the Site Manager and Managing Directors to drive the overall site development and strategic alignment with PALFINGER Group objectives.Your ResponsibilitiesDrive Strategy and Culture Implementation: Translate the PALFINGER Group vision, strategy, and core values into tangible local initiatives and projects. Foster a culture of empowerment, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the plantOptimize Plant Operations: Ensure efficient end-to-end order fulfillment - from goods receipt to shipment—meeting defined targets in cost, quality, and delivery. Establish and maintain LEAN processes and a strong shop floor management systemLead Prototyping Execution: Oversee the delivery of assembly prototypes from mock-up to near-series level and support process industrialization during product development. Ensure smooth series ramp-up in collaboration with target plantsDevelop People and Teams: Build, coach, and mentor the plant's leadership team.
