We are on a mission to expand our global sales team, and we are seeking senior seasoned professionals to assume role as Sales Manager Earn Products
Join us if you are able to -
* Drive sales growth of EMCD's CoinHold and other yield products across Austria or the whole DACH region
* Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase Total Value Locked (TVL) in the regions
* Qualify and finalize transactions with prospects coming through inbound sales channels in the region
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients including high net worth individuals, small-medium mining operations, and tech-forward individual investors
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and events
* Collaborate with marketing to create region-specific campaigns and educational content
* Provide regular market intelligence and competitive analysis from the DACH crypto landscape
* Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions for potential clients
* Manage and report on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and regional TVL growth
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in financial services, crypto, or fintech sales within the DACH region
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2C or B2B environments
* Strong understanding of cryptocurrency yield products, DeFi, and investment vehicles
* Established networkwithin the German and/or Austrian crypto community and financial services sector
* Experience explainingcomplex financial products to different customer segments
* Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks for crypto assets
* Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
* Fluent in English and German required
* Willingness to travel throughout the region (20-30% travel expected)
* Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a developing market
* Strong communicatorable to explain technical concepts in accessible terms
* Relationship-focused with ability to build trust quickly with potential clients
* Adaptable problem-solvercomfortable navigating ambiguity
* Results-driven with clear focus on achieving and exceeding TVL targets
* Intellectually curious with deep interest in crypto markets and yield strategies
* Collaborative team player who works effectively with remote global teams
* Organized and disciplined with excellent time management skills
