The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:

Chef de Partie - Pastamara

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes in your designated section, maintaining luxury standards in taste, presentation, and hygiene
* Supervise and support junior kitchen staff, ensuring effective teamwork and performance
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation, adhering to food safety and HACCP standards
* Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and assist with stock control and ordering
* Collaborate with Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef on menu development, daily specials, and seasonal offerings


Your Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
* High attention to detail, creativity, and passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
* Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment
* Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
* reliable knowledge of English, knowledge of Italian desirable
