Junior Engineer Production (f/m/d)
In this role, you are more than just a link in the chain – you are the catalyst that connects our machine operators with engineering know-how and cross-functional expertise to enable world-class production at Europe's only IC substrate plant.
Act as the vital link between our machine operators and the broader organization – you translate technical complexity into hands-on excellence and bring production insights to life

Technical education (e.g. HTL), ideally with first experience in the electronics industry or relevant experience with complex machines and their maintenance
Proficiency in German and English, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
Ability to troubleshoot, analyze data, and support cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
Willingness to work in shift models and cleanroom environment
Basic IT skills (Word, Excel)
Flexibility, adaptability, and readiness to work in a multicultural team
