Your Responsibilities
* Support strategic initiatives in key sustainability areas such as Climate Action, Circular Economy, and Human Rights
* Contribute to the enhancement and development of the Sustainability Roadmap, guiding strategic priorities
* Collaborate with various departments (Legal, HR, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Sales) to support corporate strategy projects
* Create compelling content for internal and external sustainability communications and training materials
* Conduct competitive benchmarking and trend analysis focused on sustainability best practices
Your Qualifications
* Ongoing or completed university studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
* Solid understanding of sustainability topics (e.g., SBTi, Climate Strategy, Circular Economy, Human Rights)
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
* Excellent command of English
* Structured, organized and proactive working style

This position pays a gross monthly salary of EUR 1.911,00 on a full-time basis, taking into account the collective agreement for the metal industry.
