We are seeking a confident, capable Senior Property Manager to manage and strategically grow a quality portfolio of approximately 50 residential properties within our award-winning boutique Brisbane East agency.
This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end role with real autonomy. As the rent roll grows, so does your opportunity — this is a direct pathway to Head of Property Management and the ability to build and lead your own team.
Responsibilities
* Residential property management (end-to-end)
* Leasing, inspections and tenant screening
* Lease preparation and renewals
* Maintenance coordination
* Arrears management
* QLD tenancy legislation compliance
* RTA bond lodgements
* Tribunal preparation and representation
* Market appraisals and business development
* Strategic rent roll growth
Requirements
* 5+ years' residential property management experience
* Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy laws
* Mediation and/or Tribunal experience
* High attention to detail and compliance
* Ability to work independently
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and building strong, lasting relationships
* Current Driver’s Licence and own car
