Aftersales & Network Manager– Automotive & Mobility – Vienna
Our client is part of a publicly listed international group operating across the automotive and mobility sectors. With a strong presence across multiple markets, the company specializes in automotive distribution, services, and related commercial operations. As part of its continued European expansion, the group is currently establishing its operations in Austria and building a local team to support long-term growth.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Aftersales & Network Manager to lead service operations and partner network development for the Austrian market. This role will act as the key link between the global headquarters and local service partners, ensuring strong operational performance and high service standards across the national service network. The position combines service network management, technical coordination, and partner development in a dynamic, growing market environment.
Job Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for authorized service centers across Austria, representing the importer and maintaining strong partner relationships
* Monitor service standards, compliance, and customer satisfaction levels across the network
* Address and resolve operational or commercial issues with workshops and dealership partners
* Serve as the bridge between the global technical support teams and local service centers for technical queries and troubleshooting
* Oversee warranty claim processes and ensure efficient communication and data flow between local systems and global headquarters
* Coordinate technical training sessions and software updates for local service teams
* Support the development and expansion of the service network by identifying and onboarding new workshops and partners
* Lead certification and onboarding processes for newly appointed service centers
* Provide local market insights to support the expansion of service networks across additional European markets
Requirements
* MUST: 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry with a focus on after sales operations
* MUST: Native or fluent German and professional working proficiency in English
* Experience working with service centers, workshops, or dealership networks
* Strong understanding of automotive service operations, warranty processes, and logistics
* Experience managing external partners and stakeholders in a matrix environment
* Additional exposure to supply chain or logistics operations is a strong plus
* Highly autonomous, hands-on professional comfortable working in a field-based role
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently across Austria
