Job Description Summary Talent Acquisition / Staffing Specialist (d/f/m), Kundl, Austria Job Description In this role you will support the local Talent Acquisition Team at Sandoz in Kundl by delivering top talent to the business, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring. Please note that this position is limited until the end of November 2027. Your Key Responsibilities: Develop engaging relationships with hiring managers at all levels to ensure an optimum hiring experience Manage end to end recruitment including offer creation and extension, initiation of background checks, contract creation and extension and any additional pre-boarding activities required Manage and drive appropriate sourcing, assessment, selection and pre-onboarding strategies for Austria Execute a consistent talent acquisition strategy for positions Provide direct sourcing support for current hiring requirements with a specific focus on niche & business critical skill areas Ensure data compliance within systems and tools Provide administrative support to the in‑country TA team, including Early Talent activities and purchase order management. For this position the minimum salary is EUR 59.781,96/year (on a full-time basis). In most cases, however, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
