Your Tasks
* Translate theoretical regulatory guidelines and regulations about Third Party Risk, Outsourcing, and IT into practical internal policies and procedures
* Align their creation with relevant stakeholders like IT operations, Security and Non‑Financial‑Risk, ensuring the required “buy‑in” and support
* Take a leading role in the rollout and governance of the policy, including user support, monitoring and continuous improvement of related processes and tools
* Act as Governance Officer, taking decisions on service categorizations and determining the required deliverables
* Act as an ambassador for our topics: inform and convince that activities are needed and meaningful – in Austria and our CEE entities
Your Background
* Legal background with regulatory experience preferred; additional knowledge in IT, Non‑Financial Risk, or Business Intelligence is a plus. A solid foundation in some areas and eagerness to build expertise in additional areas is essential
* Excellent communication skills
* Hands‑on mindset to work self‑independently
* Strong resilience and capacity to overcome setbacks
* Excellent English and good German skills, both written and spoken

* The minimum wage for this full‑time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is 49.772,00 EUR gross per year. But this is just a formality – we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
