What To Expect
* Global Mobility Process Management & Legal Support: Provide legal assessments of cross-border employment and assignment models with a strong focus on compliance risks.
* Ensure adherence to labor law, tax law, social security, immigration, and data protection regulations (e.g. PWD, DTTs).
* Draft, review, and negotiate mobility-related agreements (assignment letters, secondment contracts, intercompany agreements).
* Supporting billing of international assignments in line with OECD transfer pricing rules, including cost estimations and legal documentation in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
* Development and implementation of group policies, standards and guidelines for global mobility: design and implement group-wide standards and guidelines; ensure policies reflect current legal requirements and best practices across CEE countries.
* Data Management & Reporting: maintain accurate records of global mobility cases and documentation; provide reports, dashboards and presentations to support strategic decisions and compliance tracking.
* Global Hiring Process Management: advise Talent Acquisition and local stakeholders on legally compliant solutions for hiring international employees.
* Audit and Compliance Support: prepare documentation for internal and external audits; act as main point of contact for auditors and compliance stakeholders on mobility topics.
What We Expect
* Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in law, Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field. A master’s degree can be advantageous.
* Professional Experience: Several years in global mobility, HR, legal, tax or related field, with experience in managing global mobility processes in compliance with national and international labor laws, immigration requirements, tax and social security regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to liaise between stakeholders including senior management, HR teams, and employees.
* Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS systems and global mobility software; proficient in office software.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English and German; knowledge of additional CEE languages is highly beneficial.
