Work with cross-functional and international teams to ensure successful product design and continuous improvement. * Manage and enhance product portfolios, ensuring our insurance offerings are competitive, customer-centric, and aligned with distribution channel needs. * Identify opportunities for innovation by analysing market trends, customer feedback, and competitor benchmarks to shape future product development. * Act as a key liaison for product-related topics, promoting best practice exchange and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Collaborate with banking partners to support joint initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic Bancassurance goals. * Support local teams with expertise and coaching in developing or refining Bancassurance products, fostering knowledge sharing across the network. What we expect: * Extensive insurance product knowledge: In-depth understanding of insurance products and processes, specifically in bancassurance. * Understanding market environment: Familiarity with the CEE market environment in insurance. * Self-Starter and Entrepreneurial spirit : self-confidence and a focus on sustainable, long-term value creation. Ability to work with minimal supervision, adhere to schedules, and follow up accordingly. * Customer-centric mindset, with a solid understanding of banking customer segments and their diverse needs. * Analytical and results-driven approach, with the ability to interpret data, build business cases, and translate insights into actionable strategies. * Language Proficiency: Business fluency in English; speaking other CEE languages is an advantage. * Communication Skills and Collaborative Attitude: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and engage with diverse teams.
