Job Description:
UNITY Austria GmbH is looking for a Senior Consultant in Digital Services & IT-Transformation to join their team in Salzburg. The role involves guiding clients through process, organizational, and technological transformations, designing end-to-end processes, and implementing IT architectures. You will lead complex projects related to ERP, E2E, and MES systems, analyze and optimize business processes, and identify opportunities for new technologies.
What you bring:
* Experience in managing complex IT projects in industry or consulting
* Strong skills in business process analysis and optimization
* Project management expertise (traditional/agile)
* Degree in (Business) Informatics, Production Engineering, or related fields
* Analytical skills, creativity, and team spirit
Nice-to-have:
* Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or MES systems
Additional qualities for success:
* Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
