Your tasks:
5. Independent research activities in the field of personality psychology, differential psychology and assessment
6. Independent teaching in the field of personality psychology, differential psychology and assessment
7. Supervision of students incl. supervision of bachelor theses
8. Collaboration in organisational, administrative and network tasks
9. Continuing education
Your profile
10. Completed relevant doctoral or PhD studies in psychology or a related field
11. Comprehensive knowledge in the key areas of the MUSEMAP research field, namely at the intersection of personality, emotion and music research
12. Methodological expertise in the areas mentioned, preferably also in psychophysiological measurement methodology and/or affective computing
13. Advanced knowledge of multivariate statistics (e.g. latent profile analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, ML models)
14. Proven teaching skills
15. Excellent publications in international journals
16. Ability to produce high-quality scientific writing in English
17. International networking and experience
18. Willingness to acquire research-related third-party funding
19. Independence and personal responsibility
20. Leadership skills in dealing with students
21. Ability to work in a team
22. Letter of motivation explaining the ability to connect to the above-mentioned research priorities
23. The language of instruction is German. If you do not yet have the relevant language skills, you are expected to be willing to acquire them in the foreseeable future at a level appropriate to the teaching activity
