We're hiring a
Document Controller / Site Administrator
to support project delivery through structured documentation management, smooth site operations, and first-class coordination across engineering, construction, and client teams.
The Opportunity
You'll be embedded on site, working closely with Project Managers, Engineering Leads, QS/Commercial teams, and multiple subcontractors to keep documentation flowing, information accurate, and the project compliant.
This is a key support role on a high-value, schedule-driven data centre project.
Key Responsibilities
Document Control
* Manage incoming and outgoing documentation via CDE/EDMS systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, BIM 360, or similar).
* Knowledge of Google Suite would be a strong advantage
* Control revisions, approvals, and distribution of drawings, RFIs, method statements, and technical submittals.
* Maintain accurate registers and ensure version control.
* Support audits and compliance checks in line with project and client standards.
Site Administration
* Coordinate site reporting, induction records, meeting minutes, and project logs.
* Maintain site workflows including permits, H&S documentation, and access records.
* Support onboarding of contractors and new site personnel.
* Assist with procurement administration, delivery dockets, and basic commercial documentation.
* Provide general administrative support to the on-site leadership team.
What You'll Need
* 2–5+ years' experience as a
Document Controller
,
Technical Administrator
, or
Site Administrator
, ideally within construction or engineering.
* Experience with a digital EDMS platform.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills—comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
* Fluent English (German advantageous but not essential).
