About the Company - PHICADEMY is a global leader in the Permanent Makeup (PMU) industry. We are looking for an ambitious and driven International Key Account Manager to take care and drive growth of a selected portfolio of international clients — including top beauty salons, resellers, and distributors — across appointed global regions. This role combines relationship management with a strong performance mindset, focusing on both customer satisfaction and strategic business growth. The ideal candidate has a passion for beauty and PMU, a creative approach to solving client challenges, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
About the Role - Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a designated portfolio of international key accounts in the PMU industry, driving both long-term partnerships and sales performance.
* Act as the main point of contact for assigned partners, understanding their regional market needs, business goals, and operational challenges.
* Listen to client feedback, identify pain points or opportunities, and deliver tailored, creative solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, education, logistics, product, and sales support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
* Identify and pursue upsell opportunities, ensuring sustainable revenue growth within your assigned accounts.
* Monitor account performance, analyze KPIs, and share actionable insights with senior leadership.
* Represent PHIACADEMY as a brand ambassador at international visits, congresses, training events, and professional expos.
* Ensure full compliance with internal standards, brand guidelines, and regional regulations, in cooperation with the legal and compliance team.
* This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in international account management preferably in the beauty, PMU, or professional cosmetics industry.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a proactive and consultative approach to client care.
* Creative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to respond to individual client challenges.
* Highly organized, independent, and agile — comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving, entrepreneurial team.
* Strong results-driven attitude, with the ability to meet revenue and performance targets while maintaining quality relationships.
* A genuine passion for beauty and permanent makeup; knowledge of PMU trends and professional customer needs is a strong plus.
* Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and an understanding of how influencers and digital content shape brand presence and customer engagement.
* Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time across assigned international markets.
* Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g. Spanish, French, German, Italian, Arabic) are an advantage.
