We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Developer on a contract basis(Vienna,Austria) with a strong background in Deep Learning / Computer Vision to develop, deploy, and optimize AI‑powered image processing solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in object detection, image segmentation, Python development, AI frameworks, and MLOps practices, with the ability to rapidly prototype innovative solutions and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
Key Skills:
* 3–5+ years of experience in Deep Learning and Computer Vision.
* Exposure to REST APIs and MLOps platforms (ClearML or similar).
* Develop deep learning solutions for image processing and computer vision applications using convolutional neural networks (CNNs).
* Build and optimize real‑time object detection and image segmentation models using frameworks such as YOLO, SAM, or similar technologies.
* Design and implement scalable data processing, model training, and inference pipelines for production environments.
* Develop robust Python-based software packages and applications following software engineering best practices.
* Utilize AI/ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ONNX for model development, optimization, and deployment.
* Build and integrate RESTful backend services to expose AI/ML capabilities within enterprise solutions.
* Leverage ClearML or similar MLOps platforms to streamline experimentation, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
* Collaborate with business users, subject matter experts, security teams, and stakeholders to evaluate requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver innovative AI capabilities.
* Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and GIT.
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
