Product Manager - Mycotoxin Risk Management
Join as a Product Manager and play a pivotal role in driving demand creation for our innovative solutions combating mycotoxins in animal nutrition. You will shape global strategies, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and drive impactful initiatives to bring our products to market. This role offers career‑defining opportunities to make a difference.
Responsibilities
* Develop strategic/commercial plans together with the regions and drive the portfolio growth of the Mycotoxin Risk Management business on a global level.
* Support development and drive implementation of the global product life cycle management and help execute tactics.
* Develop value‑based pricing strategy (value proposition/ROI vs alternatives, end‑market, customer segmentation, value‑mapping, etc.) and support regions with routine checkpoints, regular talk sheets and guidance.
* Support negotiations at large accounts and secure must‑wins. Maintain a good understanding of the competitive landscape. Run commercial operations (CRM, forecasts, phase‑ins/outs).
* Provide technical sales support for large customers. Own the technical story for the product portfolio, especially for new launches, help build the value proposition and train the sales organization accordingly.
* Be a proposal force for potential “solution/services offering” that differentiates and increases market penetration and market share.

Qualifications
* University degree in animal science/nutrition or related discipline; postgraduate degree in business management/marketing preferred. Project Management experience highly preferable.
* Business leadership with 10 years of experience in the animal or agriculture field.
* Strong customer orientation.
* High degree of autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset; team player with proven interpersonal skills.
* Ability to translate global strategy to regional/local market realities (implementation); innovative and out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; strong presentation skills.
