For this position, the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for full-time employment is €3,437.00 gross per month. However, we offer a market-competitive overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.

The Team The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term partnerships with the key accounts for rescue therapy in Western Austria, in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations and codes of conduct, and the corporate strategy.
Role and Responsibilities
Build a sustainable network in the field of rescue therapy, such as addiction treatment clinics, harm reduction, medical centers and pharmacies
Establishment of long-term partnerships and identification of new stakeholders
Implementing a strategy that aligns with the company's goals and the needs of the healthcare professionals and patients
Deliver company approved product- and therapy area-related promotional materials and activities
Independent planning, organization and implementation of promotional events
Market and competition analysis for the development of strategies and measures
Participation in and representation of the company at regional and national congresses
Development of an industry analysis to manage activities, investments and performance
Conception and implementation of a development strategy per region
Coordination of measures for the hospital listing of the products
Development of partnerships with key customers of public and private key accounts
Analysis of sales results in connection with commercial efficiency (SFE), to make strategic
What you’ll bring
University degree in natural sciences or equivalent
Sound knowledge of the local pharmaceutical industry, distribution channel and healthcare system
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales in the Austrian market with a network of doctors in your sales territory
Completed training in the medical, pharmaceutical or commercial field
Excellent knowledge of the healthcare system
Experience in/understanding of clinical practice and its settings in substitution therapy area.
Experience in rescue therapy, opioids, CNS therapy area
Strong communication skills as well as negotiation skills and persuasiveness
Patient‑centric-oriented, entrepreneurial and ambitious personality who takes responsibility for their sales territory
German language skills at native level, good English skills
High level of self‑motivation, goal orientation and enjoyment of working with people
