We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to drive innovation, acquire major partners, and shape the narrative of success in a market poised for substantial growth. Your strategic vision will play a pivotal role in our local achievements, promoting our values oflead, deliver, care and our focus on collaboration.Location:WienReporting to: Head of Grocery & RetailThese are some of the key components to the position:Source, negotiate, and sign deals with major grocery and retail partners to effectively power commerce.Develop a strategic, long-term approach to selling, focusing on both initial sales and subsequent expansion and renewal.Align Just Eat Takeaway's solutions seamlessly with grocers' objectives to ensure a tailored approach to meet their specific needs.Manage and report on an accurate sales forecast, providing key insights for informed decision-making.Engage at the executive level to sell solutions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of partners' needs.Achieve and exceed quota targets, aiming high and driving excellence in performance.What will you bring to the team?Proven experience in commercial roles, with a track record of making commercially sound, data-driven decisions.Demonstrated ability to source and secure new business in a dynamic environment, ideally within a key account management capacity.Fluent in German & English (written and spoken) with excellent communication and executive-level engagement skills.A proactive, customer-focused, and innovative mindset that enables you to act decisively and adapt quickly in an agile, ever-changing environment.Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently, absorbing information and delivering at pace.At JET, This Is On The MenuOur teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment.
