Your tasks:
Join us in shaping the future of our global business segment and drive innovation in a dynamic, international environment
1. In this role, you will serve as the central interface between our key account customers and Plansee SE, ensuring smooth coordination of all relevant activities
2. You will maintain and further develop customer relationships, manage all communication flows and establish a strong internal network within the key account organizations
3. Further development and implementation of the customer‑specific key account management strategy are also part of your responsibilities, as well as the further development of a sales controlling system for the key account
4. Advance the product portfolio by initiating improvements and developing new solutions in close collaboration with key accounts/customers/OEMs and R&D
5. Prepare and negotiate customer‑related topics such as pricing, contracts, and non‑disclosure agreements in alignment with the business segment manager, legal department, sales offices, and other internal stakeholders
6. Coordinate technical consultation and support across the entire value chain to address customer‑specific challenges
Your profile:
7. Master’s degree in business or engineering, combined with extensive experience in an international industrial environment, ideally in sales, business development and/or product management
8. Strong intercultural competence and enthusiasm for working within a global team
9. Clear customer and business orientation
10. Open, positive, and confident communicator
11. Fluent business English skills

Legally required notice in Austria: Minimum salary according to the collective agreement for the metal industry (G) is € 60.962,30 - gross per year, paid over 14 installments. The actual offer takes market prices, qualifications and professional experience into account
