Job DescriptionConsulting/ Solutioning:• Communicating with stakeholders, analyzing business/non-functional requirements, and defining solution architecture.• Understand the relevant business domain, customer, product/application features, and collaborate across departments to provide appropriate solutions.• Assess existing business processes and provide guidance to customers and IT teams (internal/external).• Demonstrate deep understanding of AI tools and technologies and identify opportunities for implementing automation and efficiency for customers.• Conduct checkpoint reviews of projects focused on solutions to ensure quality and process adherence.• Evaluate technology and DevOps maturity and suggest a short-term and long-term roadmap for a software product/application.Presales/ Existing Account Growth:• Participate in the RFP process by providing a technical solution response.• Engage in client conversations and present as SME in RPA and Technology Advisory & Consulting.• Understand the relevant business domain, product/application features, and collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions.• Conduct research and develop proof of concepts to support proposed solutions.QualificationsMandatory Skills:• 13-15 years of IT experience with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect/Enterprise Architect.• Expertise in Python and one OCR technology (Azure Document Intelligence, Tesseract, Adobe Abbyy).• Experience with solution frameworks, business processes, COTS, standards, and best practices.• In-depth knowledge of front-end (.NET, JavaScript) or back-end (Java) technologies and frameworks.• Good knowledge across business domains like Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, with deep domain awareness.• Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere.• Strong understanding of DevOps tools and technologies.• Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience designing cloud solutions with cost considerations.• Experience with multiple database technologies, including non-relational databases.• Experience in technical risk analysis and strategy development.• Hands-on with design methodologies and architecture principles.• Ability to analyze load and transaction volume for capacity planning.• Skilled in troubleshooting performance issues and fine-tuning applications/environment.• Good understanding of testing processes and technologies.• Ability to communicate and negotiate solutions with business and technical audiences.• Strong willingness to learn new business domains and technologies.Credentials Preferred:• TOGAF / Zachman Certified Architect (mandatory)• Cloud-certified solution architect• AI Certifications (LLMs, GenAI)Additional InformationAt Tietoevry, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion.
