Responsibilities
* Project leadership & coordination
o Coordinate international projects within the Frequentis environment and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
* Resource management
o Plan and allocate resources across projects; collaborate closely with the Project Management (PT) and Professional Services (PS) departments.
* Standards & processes
o Ensure adherence to unified standards and agreements within MCX units; develop best practices and establish efficient workflows.
* Software delivery & compliance
o Design and maintain a smooth software delivery process—especially for components from our Spanish partner Nemergent.
o Build a modern, automated software supply chain based on Kubernetes/OpenShift.
o Ensure a high number of system updates by 2028 in cooperation with product development to guarantee system security.
o Mind cyber resilience and compliance with legal requirements such as NIS-2 and operator-mandated guidelines.
* Competitiveness & optimization
o Develop strategies to strengthen competitiveness in the MCX environment; analyze and optimize existing project and operations processes.
Qualifications
* Several years of experience leading IT or telecommunications projects.
* Ideally familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance requirements (e.g., NIS-2).
* Strong communication, organizational skills, and leadership drive.
* Comfort working in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
* Opportunity to grow into a team lead and actively shape a new organizational unit as our department continues to grow.
