Coordinating general office communication, correspondence, and administrative processes
Organizing business cards, office supplies, taxi bookings, and maintaining structured databases and procedures
Coordinating quotes, shipments, and marketing material logistics in collaboration with Sales and external partners
Managing inventory and reorders of marketing materials
Assisting in marketing campaigns, website and newsletter updates, social media coordination, and CRM data maintenance
At least 5 years of experience in front office, administration, marketing coordination, or event support
Confident handling of MS Office; Very good command of German and English; additional languages are a plus
Hands-on attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A dynamic role combining front office responsibility with hands-on marketing involvement
For the cooperation in our team, we offer a payment in line with collective agreement (KV Handwerk und Gewerbe) based on a full-time position.
