Expert International Waste Management (f/m/d)
Your main tasks in this role are:
* You will analyse and optimise current processes of the existing waste management structures in the relevant countries where Aldi South operates.
* This involves project management and close collaboration with different stakeholders (mainly Sustainability Departments, Service Providers, and National Procurement Teams).
* Supporting the preparation and organisation of tenders for different waste fractions, including assistance with the negotiation processes are part of your responsibilities.
* You will conduct market analysis and deduce best practice concepts, along with managing changes in response to future market trends.
* In addition, you will prepare analyses, reports, and presentation documents.
Your profile
The requirements of the role include:
* Completed relevant studies, with a focus on economics, environmental aspects, sustainability, or a similar specialisation.
* You possess professional experience in the field of waste management or industries closely linked to reverse logistics.
* You have good knowledge of legal requirements, with a focus on European waste and environmental law.
* Excellent English and German language skills in both written and spoken manner are essential for this role.
* You have a structured, analytical, and independent approach to work.
* A high degree of initiative, team-working ability, negotiation skills, and organisational talent set you apart.

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification.
