He/she will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring seamless transition from design to manufacturing, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for quality and product cost.Main tasks:- Project management - lead cross-functional teams including sourcing, manufacturing engineering, quality and logistics to facilitate the smooth transition of products from the design phase to full-scale production.- Develop and implement robust manufacturing processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure product quality and consistency.- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.- Evaluate and select appropriate equipment, tools, and technologies to support efficient production processes.- Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure product designs are optimized for manufacturability and scalability.- Lead process validation activities to ensure that manufacturing processes meet specified requirements.- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.- Provide technical expertise and support for production-related issues.Qualification, knowledge, skills and experience we expect you to have:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). Master's degree is a plus.- 5 years of experience in industrialization or manufacturing engineering roles.- Project management experience.- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering tools (CATIA is a plus).- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, Lean and Six Sigma knowledge.- Very good command of English language.- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
