Laboratory and R&D environments only work when digital systems quietly do their job. This role exists to make sure they do.
You bring hands-on experience from laboratory or R&D environments, paired with a strong digital mindset. You understand how labs operate in practice, where digital tools add value, and where they get in the way.
The role connects laboratory needs with digital solutions, supporting daily operations while shaping improvements and future initiatives. The scope covers application management, participation in digital projects, and contribution to application roadmaps. You will work with stakeholders across multiple sites, translate technical topics into clear messages, and help align different perspectives toward practical outcomes.
What You\'ll Do
* Support digital laboratory and R&D applications across their lifecycle, from daily operations to improvement initiatives.
* Support incident, problem, and vulnerability management using ServiceNow, ensuring stable and secure operations.
* Participate in digitalization projects, contributing practical laboratory and system knowledge to design and delivery.
* Help shape application roadmaps by identifying risks, improvement opportunities, and future needs together with stakeholders.
* Analyze system and process data and present insights in a clear and structured way to technical and non-technical audiences.
About you
* Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent proven experience.
* More than 6 years of hands-on experience in laboratory or R&D environments, combined with responsibility for digital or IT solutions.
* Practical experience with LIMS platforms such as LabWare, Nautilus LIMS, STARLIMS, SampleManager, or LabVantage.
* Strong affinity for digitalization, data analysis, and visualization, using tools such as Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud.
* Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM) is a plus.
* Analytical, structured, and proactive—capable of independently driving improvement initiatives.
* Comfortable working in agile teams and cross-functional environments.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Your salary package will reflect your profile, experience and the specifics of the country/location you apply for.
Should you join us in one of our Austrian locations and according to Austrian law, we offer compensation based on the collective labor agreement starting at EUR 72.000,- annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) plus a yearly bonus, and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background.
