What you´ll do
* Active part in daily operations with the possibility to take responsibility for own projects on category management, shopper & trade marketing and sustainability
* Working in an international environment, in touch with several cultures from several countries on a daily basis
* Working on making Henkel assortment visible & attractive both in the shelf in-store & online at the E-commerce players
* Participation in implementing and enhancing our strategy in all fields of responsibility, Sustainability, Shopper Marketing and Category Management (e.g. analyzing shopper behavior offline and online across Europe, close collaboration with regional marketing of innopack implementation, best practice collection, store checks, involvement in design development of umbrella promotions, efficiency check of key visuals etc.)
* Analysis of shopper trends to develop business recommendations and influence strategies (cross country)
* Active communication with local country teams across Europe
What makes you a good fit
* Active student of business administration with focus on marketing/sales; first practical experience is a plus
* Firm knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
* Excellent communication skills in English language
* Good team player with ability to plan work and set priorities
* Capacity to work in an international environment, self-driven, proactive and goal-oriented personality
* Analytical skills, reliability and high level of self organization to handle projects independently of advantage
