Social Media & PR Executive, Vienna
BAT is a global multi‑category business committed to creating a Smokeless World. This role focuses on executing our social media strategy and managing public relations initiatives in Vienna.
Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day social media and PR activities, ensuring consistent tone of voice, visual identity, and brand messaging across all channels.
* Coordinate content creation and storytelling, working with agencies, PR partners, influencers, photographers, videographers, and internal teams.
* Manage influencer and PR collaborations, supporting campaigns, media partnerships, results, and performance supervision together with agencies.
* Support events, launches, and activations, providing live social coverage and coordinating PR amplification before, during, and after key moments.
* Track performance and optimize results, monitoring social media, influencer, and PR KPIs and turning insights into improvement actions.
Qualifications
* 2–4 years of experience in social media or a related role with hands‑on experience managing brand channels, influencers, and digital campaigns.
* Strong knowledge of key social platforms and trends, with a good eye for visuals and brand storytelling.
* Well‑organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Analytical and outcome‑focused, comfortable tracking performance and using insights to improve content and campaigns.
* Professional fluency in German and fluent English (spoken and written); strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
