Life as a People and Culture Business Partner

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in driving our talent strategy — from identifying future team needs to shaping seamless candidate journeys and developing thriving, high-performing teams. From the first hello to the final farewell, you’ll help build teams that thrive and ensure every LOOPer feels seen, supported, and set up for success.


Requirements and Responsibilities

* A strong foundation in recruitment and talent management, you'll collaborate across departments to ensure we attract, grow, and retain exceptional talent while cultivating a culture where people feel supported, connected, and inspired to do their best work.
* Drive Full-Cycle Recruitment. Lead job design, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, and offer management to attract top-tier talent aligned with LOOP’s vision and values.
* Strategize Talent Management. Anticipate future workforce needs, assess internal capacity, and partner with leads to place the right people in the right roles at the right time.
* Foster a Seamless Onboarding Experience. Coordinate tools, tech, and welcome experiences to integrate new team members smoothly into LOOP’s culture and operations.
* Champion Performance and Development. Manage probation and performance review cycles with leads, and guide feedback loops that enable continuous improvement and personal growth.
* Strengthen Team Culture and Wellbeing. Facilitate team cohesion, mediate conflicts, and build support structures to promote motivation, collaboration, and inclusion.
* Elevate Employer Branding. Represent LOOP at career events, build networks across universities and peer agencies, and create touchpoints that position LOOP as a top employer.
* Lead Respectful Offboarding. Ensure structured transitions through exit planning, knowledge transfer, and feedback collection that leave a lasting positive impression.
* Bring Global Perspective. Ideally bring 3+ years of solid experience in recruitment and talent management, with international exposure and a strong interest in growing within the cultural and people development space.
* Relocate to Salzburg. Willing to join our team onsite in Salzburg, Austria — relocation support available for the right candidate ready to make LOOP their home.
