This is a part‑time hybrid role as a Startup Manager, based in Vienna, Austria. The role involves market analysis and development for the Middle‑East market, driving business development and sales strategies tailored to this region. Some remote work is acceptable while maintaining regular in‑office collaboration.

Qualifications
o Proficiency in Underwriting and Portfolio Management, with the ability to assess and manage financial risk and opportunities.
o Strong expertise in Middle Market strategies, including understanding regional market dynamics and emerging trends.
o Proven experience in Sales and Business Development with a focus on client acquisition and relationship management.
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
o Prior experience in the Middle‑East market and familiarity with its cultural, regulatory, and business environment is advantageous.
o Speaks and understands Arabic and English.
o Lives in Europe.
