In this role, you will manage the shop and the team in day-to-day operations and contribute to the strategic development of Intersport Pilz. This includes employee management as well as all customer-related and organizational processes within the company. Among other things, you can also expect:
* Management and control of personnel deployment according to plan specifications
* Ensuring the smooth operation of all organizational tasks such as handling complaints, follow-up and customer orders, service orders, etc.
* Briefing and coaching of employees regarding qualitative professional and personal development
* Analysis and management of key business figures
* Participation in planning and budget preparation for the financial year
* Sales and comprehensive customer support
You bring that with you
* For this position we are looking for a person with completed vocational training in retail (preferably sports and leisure retail)
* We require several years of professional experience in retail (ideally in the sporting goods industry).
* Knowledge of employee management is an advantage.
* Enjoyment of working with people and providing services

The minimum gross salary for full-time employment is based on the collective agreement for the retail sector, starting at €37,000 per year. More detailed salary information is available upon personal consultation.
Employment level: Full-time (38.5 hours/week)
We are a family-owned company headquartered in Gleisdorf, Styria, and currently operate 14 locations in Austria and 13 locations in Hungary. These are primarily located in Styria and Carinthia, extending to Burgenland and East Tyrol.
