Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a Technical Analyst SAS Expert.
2. Team Leaderfor 3-4 Nearshore/Onsite Developers enhancing SAS assets.
3. Ensure technical quality assurance and validation of developed features.
4. Coordinate SAS and SQL custom development projects.
5. Deliver projects and streams, collaborating with Functional Analysts and Clients to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications (Mandatory):
6. Demonstrated expertise in SAS visual analytics, along with a strong ability to code SAS and SQL applications.
7. Bilingual proficiency in English and Italian, enabling seamless communication and collaboration.
8. Extensive experience in the Banking or Consulting sectors, providing valuable industry insights.
9. Flexibility to travel to client locations in Italy, Germany, and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) as needed.
10. Outstanding communication skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Technical Skills (Preferred):
11. Advanced knowledge and practical experience with SAS and SQL programming.
12. Familiarity with data management systems such as Teradata and Oracle DB.
13. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, enhancing project management and execution.
14. Capability to integrate SAS Architecture and Applications seamlessly, ensuring smooth operations.

Your annual gross target salary (including variable salary components) is at least EUR 77,000 (All-In). Depending on qualifications and experience, we will agree on your actual salary in a personal discussion. You have more to offer than the minimum? So do we.
