PCA and P&O Cost Manager (d/f/m) | Kundl, Austria

Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead and optimize PCA processes, including SOPs, training materials, and lean process design.
* Ensure accurate product costing and inventory valuation, with robust month‑end closing and variance analysis.
* Maintain costing master data and drive consistency across sites in material valuations.
* Review and approve product cost calculations, revaluations, and accounting adjustments per statutory requirements.
* Deliver PCA reporting packages, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
* Advise on accounting treatment for new launches, special projects, and production variances.
* Support planning and period‑end activities, including allocations, settlements, and central cost planning.
* Collaborate with P&O and finance teams to ensure payroll cost analysis, SAP interface compliance, and implementation of financial controls.
Essential Requirements
* University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance; MBA is a plus.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
* At least 5 years of experience in finance roles in production, ideally in a CoE environment.
* Strong knowledge of and experience with SAP.
* Agility and resilience in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a global, cross‑functional setting.

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is EUR 65,605.54 per year (on a full‑time basis). In most cases, however, the actual salary will be higher, reflecting your experience, qualifications, and individual competencies.
