To enhance our successful IT Infrastructure & Security Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate
Specialist IT - Risk and Compliance (f/m/d) As the Specialist IT - Risk and Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of internal and external audits.
Your Responsibilities Prepare and schedule audits (internal and external)
Coordinate with IT-departments and IT employees, including audit participants and external auditors
Monitor and document audit findings and non-conformities, and r eport the status of non-conformities and corrective actions to IT management
Prepare and train audit participants on audit expectations and procedures
Collaborate closely with the Information Security team to align on audit requirements.
Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, automation, industrial engineering, or comparable degree or equivalent at least 3 years professional domain experience or Minimum 3-5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in an IT, information security, or compliance environment
Knowledge of auditing standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001/2, NIS2, NIST) to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices
Experience in conducting internal and external audits within an IT or IT-Security environment
Strong understanding of IT security principles and risk management practices to align audit activities with organizational security requirements
Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements and ensure audits meet both internal policies and external legal standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various departments, external auditors, and senior management effectively
Project management skills to plan, execute, and follow up on audit activities within set timeframes and deliverables
Fluent in written and verbal English
