The Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe (CIRSE) is a non-profit making, educational and scientific association aiming to improve patient care through the support of teaching, science, research and clinical practice in the field of interventional radiology. Based in Vienna, the society represents 10,000 members worldwide. We are now looking for a new team member to join our Registration and Membership Team. Event and Membership Registration - Team Assistant 1010 Vienna | full time | immediate start Maintain, update, and improve the membership and event database to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of member and delegate records Assist in processing membership applications, renewals, and status updates Provide timely and professional assistance to members and delegates via phone and email, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive membership experience Collaborate with the Membership and Communications teams to personalize member outreach and support Manage general day-to-day communications with members and event registrants Support registration and membership requests both in house, online and onsite at the various CIRSE events If you are passionate about communicating with people from all over the world, have a hands-on mentality and are interested in learning more about congress and event management as well as how registration and membership systems work, then you might be THE person we want to meet. Strong front of house skills Organisational, analytical, good time management and problem-solving skills Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level). Additional languages (e.G., German, French, or Spanish) are an advantage.
