**Your daily tasks will include** **End-to-End Sales Ownership** **such as:*** Converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into sales opportunities**Client Engagement & Solution Selling*** Understanding client challenges in emerging technologies and translate them into tailored solutions* Developing and delivering compelling, customer-specific pitch decks and value propositions* Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the buying journey* Growing existing customers with targeted cross & upsell activities**Deal Execution & Collaboration*** Independently creating proposals and lead complex pursuit processes* Collaborating with internal stakeholders (delivery, project management, leadership) as part of “winning teams”* Contributing to monthly revenue planning, forecasting, and reporting**The following will make you succeed in this role:*** 5+ years of experience in enterprise solution or consultative sales* Proven track record of managing complex, end-to-end sales cycles and delivering revenue targets and strong ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments (internal & external) across both long and short sales cycles* Strong manufacturing industry expertise with a proven c-level network in upper Austria and across AustriaAccount management responsibilities for newly won or existing customers * Solid understanding of emerging technologies (Cloud, AI/ML, Data Platforms, Software Engineering)***Austria:*** *The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings. The minimum salary is €64.554 gross/year in the collective agreement.
