Job Description We are looking for a strategic marketing professional who can translate business goals into impactful, data-driven marketing strategies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, drive digital transformation initiatives and shape how our brand positions itself in a rapidly evolving environment. Your Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for our digital product portfolio which enable measurable business growth. * Own and drive end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives, including scope, timelines, resources, and delivery. * Work closely with Product, Design, and Communication teams and ensure alignment among all stakeholders. * Lead and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and digital services together with international marketing teams. * Use data and analytics to track performance and continuously optimize campaigns. * Contribute strategic and creative ideas that strengthen our digital presence and brand storytelling. * Drive and optimize E-Commerce initiatives to enhance digital customer experiences and conversion performance. Qualifications * Several years of professional experience in digital marketing. * Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and high-quality standards. * Ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling messaging and creative marketing campaigns. * Proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and regional teams. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Experience in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement. * Strong interest in digital marketing, analytics and emerging technologies (e.g., AI). * Fluency in English; German is a strong plus. Bonus Qualifications * Understanding of digital business models and how they influence modern marketing strategies. * Experience in fast-moving, digitally evolving environments. * Familiarity with digital tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
