About Us
EOC Group and Gundilya have been proudly trading for over 15 months and, in that time, have made a significant impact across recruitment, HR, workforce management, and employment services. While we are a young and fast-growing business, our leadership team brings together 80+ years of combined industry experience, and we are proud finalists and winners across multiple state and national awards. In January 2026, we launched our Group Training Organisation (GTO) – a major milestone for our business. Our GTO is built on care, opportunity, mentoring, and long-term outcomes for apprentices, trainees, and host employers. This work sits at the very heart of what we do.
