CRM Solution Architect (w/m/x) Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Austria
Key Responsibilities
* Leverage cloud technologies to enhance enterprise systems
* Design and deploy APIs and Microservices
* Integrate external systems with seamless database design
* Ensure security and performance in scalable solutions
* Embrace CI/CD, containerization, and automated testing
* Shape the future with code, conquer cloud tech, and unleash innovation!
* Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications
* Design and code applications to functional and technical programming standards
* Develop system specifications and interfaces for complex components
* Create operational documentation for the application
* Provide primary support for installation of application releases into production
* Maintain applications according to SLAs
* Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of existing applications
* Analyze, design, build, and/or test new components or enhancements to existing modules
* Develop and maintain scalable, secure applications utilizing both front-end and back-end frameworks and AI workloads
* Design, develop, and implement solution components
* Work closely with designers, product owners, and other developers to produce top-quality software
* Participate in all stages of software development—from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support
* Write clean, efficient, well-tested code aligned with best practices
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges as they arise
* Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement and stay informed about new technologies
* Generate sales and drive revenue through prospecting and expanding business leads
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth
* Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
* Cross-sell new products to existing and new customers
* Increase profitability of accounts through third-party ecosystem products
* Manage customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling
* Utilize CRM systems to maintain an opportunity pipeline
