We are looking for a Technical Buyer for our Procurement Team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria). This position is 80-100% (f/m/x) and offers a dynamic environment for both operational tasks and strategic procurement initiatives.
What’s it all about?
* Responsible for managing the purchasing process of goods and ensuring timely delivery.
* Handle supplier inquiries, request quotes, and conduct comparative evaluations of offers.
* Maintain existing supplier relationships and actively build new partnerships.
* Negotiate prices and terms, place orders, and follow up on order confirmations.
* Check incoming invoices and clarify discrepancies or complaints directly with suppliers.
What we look for
* Completed technical education (e.g., HTL or apprenticeship in electronics or electrical engineering).
* Solid commercial understanding and strong negotiation skills.
* Enjoy working on operational tasks and strategic procurement initiatives.
* Proficiency in MS Office, good command of German and English, comfortable with ERP systems.
* Structured and independent working style with strong communication skills.
