FAT International is expanding its creative output across motorsport and lifestyle, and we are looking for a Senior Designer to lead the visual identity of FAT Karting League and FAT Racing — two of the most exciting properties in grassroots and development motorsport.

FAT Karting League and FAT Racing are the competitive heartbeat of FAT International. FKL is building the world’s most accessible karting competition, connecting thousands of drivers across global events. FAT Racing is our driver development program, taking young talent from karting all the way to single‑seater racing. As Senior Designer, you will shape how both brands look, feel, and communicate — across digital, print, events, and content.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Designer (M/F/D) at FAT International in Vienna, Austria. You will be the primary creative force across FAT Karting League and FAT Racing, working closely with the teams based in England and traveling to events as needed. You will own the visual output of both properties end‑to‑end — from brand identity and campaign work to UI/UX, social content, and on‑event materials — while collaborating across design, marketing, and operations to keep the creative consistent, ambitious, and on time.
Responsibilities
* Brand & Identity: Maintain and evolve the visual identities of FAT Karting League and FAT Racing across all touch points, ensuring consistency and creative quality.
* Campaign & Content Design: Conceive and produce creative for campaigns, social media, event communications, and partner activations — from concept through to final assets.
* UI/UX: Design digital products and interfaces including web pages, landing pages, and tools in close collaboration with development.
* Event & Print: Create on‑event materials including signage, merchandise, programs, and environmental graphics for live race events.
* Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with the FKL and FAT Racing teams in England and the wider FAT International team in Vienna, managing briefs, timelines, and stakeholder feedback.
* Conceptual Work: Contribute to brand strategy, partnership proposals, and new creative concepts at a senior level.
Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in brand, graphic, or creative design — ideally across both digital and print.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end ownership of brand identities and campaigns.
* Proficiency in industry‑standard tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
* Experience with UI/UX design and comfort working alongside developers.
* Highly organized with strong project management instincts and the ability to handle multiple work streams simultaneously.
* Willingness to travel to events in the UK and internationally.
* Fluent in English; German is a plus.
* A genuine interest in motorsport is a strong advantage.
