Your responsibilities
1. Lead global HR implementations, rollouts, and regional extensions of HR IT systems and interfaces by planning, executing and controlling multiple workstreams
2. Ensure structered communciation and collaboration acroos internal stakeholders, global teams, and external partners
3. Use classic, agile, or hybrid methods to manage scope, timelines, and budgets while adhering to internal governance and project management standards
4. Identify risks proactively, resolve issues effectively, and deliver clear project updates to stakeholders and steering committees
5. Enhance project frameworks, share best practices, and contribute to team development through onboarding and knowledge transfer
Your qualifications
6. Completed university degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, HR or related fields
7. Several years of expierence in project management of HR IT project, ideally in a corporate or matrix organization
8. Solid understanding of project management methodology (e. g. PMI, PRINCE2); experience with SAP SuccessFactors advantageous
9. Proactive, result-oriented mindset with strong communication and organization skills
10. Fluent English skills, German skills are a plus; Willingness to travel (20%)

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
